Documentation required
You do not need to submit any documentation to join the service. If the use of the service raises doubts, additional information will be requested.

Legal persons (company, association, etc.), natural persons, trademarks (of companies or persons).
Trust
We receive many clients with bad experiences with entities that only provide virtual office services, often in rented facilities, and that disappear after some time.
We recommend that you only select service providers with significant activity in the area of real offices.

- full payment is due at the beginning the subscription (the monthly value is indicated for information purposes only);

in the case of a company/association, in the same Subscription Request you can add the names of corporate bodies or trademarks (e.g. in letters, sometimes only your personal name appear and will be returned if you joined only the name of the company): € 9 monthly increase for each name, in addition to the name of the company/association (for instance: equivalent monthly value to receive mail on behalf of the company and one manager €14+€9=€23; equivalent monthly value to receive mail on behalf of the company, two managers and onne trademark €14+€9+€9+€9=€41);
- different companies, associations or trademarks must apply in separate Subscription Requests (in a subscription there can be no more than one Legal Person);

in the case of one person, you can add in the same Subscription Request the name of trademarks used: € 9 monthly increase for each trademark(for example: monthly equivalent value to receive mail on behalf of the person and one trademark: €14+€9=€23);
- different persons must apply in separate Subscription Requests;
- VAT (23% rate) will be added to all prices.

Optional services

To take advantage of these optional services, you must also make a deposit to the Account, in which the expenses are charged.
The balance at the end of a contract is transferred to the next contract, provided that the new contract begins before the end of the previous contract.
There must be a non-negative balance in the account to use the services.

Mail elimination request
Acceptance of mail with with dimensions up to 325x240x25mm with acknowledgement/proof of receipt
Unit price (plus VAT 23%):
- mail delivered by carrier (UPS, MRW, Nacex, etc.): 1.50€;
- mail delivered by CTT:
a) with pink return receipt: 1.50€;
b) with acknowledgement of receipt of summons (green), with proof of receipt (blue), with acknowledgement of 2nd attempt (orange) or with proof of deposit (yellow): €3.00.
Acceptance of mail with dimensions greater than 325x240x25mm
Unit price (plus VAT 23%):
- dimensions from 325x240x25mm to 300x300x400mm and up to 5Kg: €1.50;
- dimensions from 300x300x400mm to 800x800x800mm and up to 10kg: €3.00;
- dimensions from 300x300x400mm to 800x800x800mm and up to 25kg: €6,00.
Mail weighing more than 25kg or dimensions greater than 800x800x800mm are not accepted.
Delivery of mail received in LXoffice to carrier contracted by the Customer
Unit price (plus VAT 23%):
- dimensions up to 300x300x400mm and up to 5kg: €1.50;
- dimensions from 300x300x400mm to 800x800x800mm and up to 10kg: €3.00;
- dimensions from 300x300x400mm to 800x800x800mm and up to 25kg: €6.00.
FAQ
Here’s a few answers to our most common questions
I intend to incorporate a company and domicile it in your facilities. How do I proceed, since I need to know the address before the incorporation?
Apply to the service by submitting the Subscription Request form.
In the "Entity(ies) to domicile" field, type "To be incorporated".
After submitting the Subscription Request, you will receive an email with the address to be used in the incorporation of the company.
When the company is incorporated, send us an email with its name and tax number. We will then send the invoice-receipt.
Can I choose the building in which I want to receive the mail?
The service is provided only at R. Hermano Neves 18.
How long the mail is kept for me to pick it up?
Whenever you receive mail we inform you by email and you have 30 days to collect it in person or request its shipment/scanning/destruction. After this deadline, the storage time is considered to be exceeded. You will receive an email alert and have 7 days after this email to regularize the situation.
As soon as the total thickness of the stored mail exceeds 25 mm, the storage capacity is considered to be exceeded. You will receive an email alert and have 7 days after this email to regularize the situation.
After the deadline for regularization, a weekly charge of €3.00+VAT will be due, until you adopt one of the procedures mentioned above. These amounts are debited from your account. An account with a negative balance limits the provision of services.
Mail is stored until the end of the contract. If there is no timely renewal, all mail is returned to the sender the day after the end, due to lack of contractual authorization allowing it to remain on the premises.
Can I cancel my virtual office membership?
We hope you don’t leave us but if you do decide to cancel your membership, you must share a copy of your business deregistration or proof of change in business address. Please note the virtual office memberships are non-refundable.
