Meeting rooms

  • to use a meeting room you do not need to subscribe to any other service, nor do you need to use it a minimum number of hours;
  • in the case of using a room for recruitment interviews, candidates are welcomed and wait at the reception for the interview.

Hourly price (VAT already included)

  • first hour: €11
  • following hours: €9 /h


(regardless of the number of users)
‌The minimum usage time is one hour, plus any multiple periods of half an hour (example 1.5h booking: €11 + €4.5 = €15,5 with VAT included).


Timetable

Weekdays from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.


Parking

Park your car free of charge in the building's garage during the room's booking time.

  • video projector (1st hour): €2,00;
  • video projector (following hours): €1.50/h;

  • A4 scan: 1 or 2 pages: €3,00;
  • A4 scan (following pages): €0.50/page.
