In the case of use of a room for recruitment interviews, applicants are welcomed and are waiting in the lobby for the realization of the interview.

Park your car for free in the garage of the building, during the room reservation time. The entrance to the garage is located at the rear of the building. Touch to LXoffice on existing bell next to the garage door and after opening, you can park in any of the places identified as LXoffice.


    • you can park your car free of charge in the building's garage during the time you reserved the room;
    • proximity to subway station of Telheiras and other public transportation;
    • easily identifiable office building;
    • to use a meeting room you do not need to subscribe to any other service, nor do you have to use it for a minimum number of hours;
    • you may use complementary services to support the development of the meeting.

    • capacity up to 8 people (COVID - Capacity reduced up to 6 people);
    • dimensions:  4,30 m x 3,30 m;
    • magnetic whiteboard wall;
    • wi-fi internet access;
    • air conditioning.

Operating hours

Hours of use of the rooms: working days from 9am to 9pm.


Cost per hour, regardless of the number of users:

    • first hour: € 8,94 (€ 11 including VAT);
    • following hours: € 7.32/h (€ 9/h including VAT).

The minimum usage time is one hour, plus any multiple periods of half an hour (for example 1,5h reservation: €11+€4,5 =€15,5 with VAT included).

You can use the following optional services:

    • Video projector (first hour): € 2,00 (VAT included);
    • video projector (horas seguintes) 1,50/h (IVA included);
    • Logitech Wireless Presenter (control your PowerPoint presentation, without having to be next to your computer): free with the video projector;
    • water bottle: € 1,00/unit (VAT included);
    • A4 printing/photocopy: € 0.25/page (VAT included);
    • A4 scanning:
      • 1 or 2 pages: € 3,00 (VAT included);
      • for each additional page: € 0,50 (VAT included).

Should you require coffee break service or simply take a break in your meeting, you can comfortably access the pleasant cafe / restaurant on the ground floor of the building.
